We were at the Spa using the New Year's Eve package with our 11-year-old son. Everything was at a high level. Rooms, meals, bonfire and ball. However, we would especially like to thank you, also on behalf of our son, for the New Year's Eve treat for a child who did not take part in the New Year's Eve ball. The ladies set the table with snacks and brought hot soup. I am impressed by such an initiative and the hospitality shown. The employees here really give their all and deserve recognition and respect. Thank you very much for this impulse and your work!

A very nice young lady at the reception (she has a student daughter, best regards) as well as the ladies who take care of the cleanliness of the facility and the lady at breakfast. Breakfasts with a modest selection but very tasty. Nice location. Bar soap and a small shampoo are available in the room. It's a pity that the balconies in the public area are closed and you can't admire the nice view. The health resort advertises SPA services, but in practice there is no chance of using them. I wanted to book a massage before arrival and was informed that it was not possible, and when I asked how I could get it, I was sent to ask the ladies and go from room to room, which was a complete abstraction. Ultimately, no one had the time/authorization to perform massages, so I didn't manage to do so. There was a stench in the room and in the corridor. The room I was in needs renovation, it had many dangerous broken elements. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, it was full of hair from previous guests. The decoder was jammed and it was impossible to watch TV freely. No dryer. At night, drunk patients screamed under their windows. In my opinion, the facility is not worth the price.

I spent three weeks there. It was my first stay in a sanatorium. A very pleasant resort. Decent rooms. Amazing views. Very tasty, varied, light food. After eating a meal you feel full, but not heavy. Very nice staff and a great atmosphere. Very nice and competent rehabilitators. The cleaning ladies are very committed to their duties, always smiling. TV and parking are paid. It's a pity that there is no swimming pool, but you can use the swimming pool and sauna in the neighboring resort, it is very close and you get a small discount after showing confirmation that you are an IZC patient. Many suggestions for spending your free time from the center. There is a cafe where you can have a nice time listening to music and dancing. You need to read the tour programs: Eger in Hungary and Bardejov in Slovakia, because they are not very attractive and are relatively expensive. But whoever likes it. Some people may like them. For me, it's commercial, focused on advertising and selling selected products. Overall I am very satisfied. Greetings to all the staff and thank you for your care.
